Rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms

  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 tbl olive oil
  • 5 skinned and crumbled sausage
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbl dried basil
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 cup canned Italian chopped tomatoes
  • 1-lb rigatoni pasta
  • Grated parmesan
  • Sauté onion in olive oil, add sausage and sauté until browned add mushrooms, basil and red wine (let alcohol cook off) then add tomatoes. let simmer 10 minutes
  • Serve over pasta with parmesan cheese

Mescaline salad

  • Dried mescaline greens
  • 12 tbl quality olive oil
  • 4 tbl balsamic vinegar

Italia Cream

  • Mixed berries and custard

Wine

  • Chianti Montalbano 2007 Sangiovese

Argentinean Sangria

  • Add equal parts of red wine and cola into glass of ice.
  • Squeeze fresh lime
  • Mangogointini
  • 2 oz Blue Zephyr Gin
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Fresh mango
  • Add Gin & OJ & diced mango into shaker with ice
  • Shake and pour
