Taj's Salad

  • (1) English cucumber
  • (2) Tomatoes
  • (1/2) cup buttermilk ranch dressing
  • (1) Tablespoon of pepper
  • (1) Container of feta cheese

Directions
Slice cucumber into very thin slices
Cut tomatoes into diced bite-sized triangles
Place into serving bowl
Drizzly ranch dressing
Add as much feta cheese as you want
Grind fresh pepper to taste
Serve and thoroughly enjoy

Ashlee’s & Taj’s Pizza of the Gods

  • (1) Pizza Crust- Which ever kind you prefer- I tried wheat and it was gross so I recommend regular pizza crust, specifically thin pizza crust.
  • (2) Lb of chicken breast
  • (1/2) bag of fresh baby spinach
  • (1/2) Carton of cherry tomato’s
  • (1/2) Cup finely diced onion
  • (1/2) Cup finely diced mushroom
  • (1) Bag of mozzarella cheese
  • (1) Cup of feta cheese
  • (1/2) cup of Creamy Caesar dressing
  • (1) Packet of Pesto sauce mix (or you can buy a pesto sauce)
  • Olive Oil (varied amounts)
  • Milk (if you choose to use the pesto packet)

Directions:
Preheat Oven (according to the temperature on the pizza package). Finely dice the chicken breast, and onion then cook it in a skillet along with (1/2) cup of Creamy Caesar dressing and (1) tbsp of olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to your taste. Once the chicken and onion and almost fully cooked remove them from the skillet.
Take about (1) tbsp of olive oil and spread it all over the top of the pizza crust. Then spread a small amount of the pesto sauce on to the pizza. Take the finely diced mushroom, cheeses and cherry tomato along with the chicken breast and onion.
Place pizza on the over and let it bake, and then enjoy!

Ashlee & Taj’s Banana Brownie Explosion!

  • (1) Box of brownie mix
  • (3) Bananas
  • (2) Eggs
  • (1/2) cup water
  • (1) Table spoon olive oil
  • (1) box of chocolate pudding mix
  • (1) teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • (2) large strawberries
  • (1/2) cup powdered sugar

Directions
In large mixing bowl, empty contents of brownie box. Slowly add ½ cup water and 2 eggs. Add box of chocolate pudding, 2 bananas, olive oil and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
Place mixed brownie contents into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then take banana brownies out of oven.
Take additional banana and 2 strawberry and cut into slices. Cut a piece of brownie and add sliced banana slice of strawberry for garnish. ENJOY!

Cuba Libra “Taj Libra”

  • 1 oz Marti (Cuban-style ultra premium rum. Platino superior)
  • 1 oz Cola
  • 1 squeezed key lime

Add 1 oz Marti rum to glass of ice, top with cola add ½ of squeezed lime
Note: Squeeze whole key lime to perfect the “Taj Libra”
