Penne Rosa

  • 2 Boxes 16 oz Penne Pasta

Sauce

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1lb. of canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 jar 15 oz Alfredo
  • 3/4 c parmesan cheese

Parmesan Chicken Breast

  • 1lb. of boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (add 1/4c. milk for egg wash)
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese

House Salad

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 bag leaf lettuce
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 large celery stick
  • 1/4c Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4c red pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • Ranch dressing

Peach Mug Pie

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 can peaches
  • 4 graham crackers

Wine - Chianti Montalbano 2007

Pallini Limoncello Liqueur

Howie’s Liquid Herb
Ingredients

  • 2 0z – Sonnema Vodka Herb - Holland
  • Soda Water
  • Bitters
  • Lime

Splash – bitters
Pour into shaker with ice – shake
Pour over glass with ice
Top with soda water
Garnish with Lime wheel
