She is a Denver native but has pursued both culinary and musical endeavors out of state and country, living as far East as New York City and way down South in Costa Rica. Que rica! Erin's great passion for food developed at an early age while grilling out with her extended family on fishing trips around the Rocky Mountains. It continued on into adulthood, where working as a server in top restaurants (Pizza delivery girl and Joe's Crab Shack included!) and as a private chef gave her not only the joy of serving great food to hungry people but also extra money to pursue her music. Erin Jo loves entertaining both onstage and in the kitchen. She is excited to be combining two of her loves here on Grill Vs. Grill!

Having traveled to over 30 countries on 6 continents, Taj's passion for global cuisine is genuine and his knowledge is comprehensive. Having dined in exotic locals that range from the streets of Cairo to the rainforests in Costa Rica and from the rolling hills of New Zealand to his mom’s kitchen in San Diego, (his personal favorite) there isn’t much this self-proclaimed lover of all things international cuisine hasn’t tried or wont!
